Communism
Communist still exists in North Korea. Their supreme ruler is Kim Jong-Il and his son Kim Il-Sung is now head of state. Kim Jong-Il's father introduced North Korea to his personal philosophy of Juche or self-reliance. Which became a guiding light for North Korea's development.

Cellphones
Dr. Martin Cooper who was the general manager of Motorola invented the modern cellphone and the first person to make a phone call on a cellphone. Even though it was created way back in 1973 it has changed the way people around the world communicate.The cellphone allows you to talk and send text messages, download music, and more wirelessly around the world.
The spinning jenny
The spinning jenny was created by James Hargreaves. He named his creation after his daughter. The spinning jenny allowed spinners to work eight threads at a time.
John Kay's flying shuttle
John Kay's flying shuttle speedily carried threads of yarn back and forth when the weaver pulled a lever. Greatly increased the productivity of weavers.
Introdution
Chapter 9 is about the Industrial Revolution that took place back in the 1800's. During this era factories and machine-made goods increased greatly. This era is also when people start to distinguish between the different classes and when the middle class is created.Last but not least i hope to accomplish better study skills and organization.
